Junior Graphic Designer
Description
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Elte, as a newly created role contributing to the Digital & Marketing Teams. This is a hands-on, design-focused role centered on execution, consistency, and brand elevation. You will work across a blend of creative refinement and original design, enhancing existing content while also building new assets from brief. The role requires the ability to move seamlessly between editing and creation, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
What you will do
Social & Content
- Create and edit content for social platforms (posts, stories, reels)
- Refine photography and video into clean, cohesive outputs
- Ensure consistency in how the brand shows up day-to-day
Design & Creative
- Design email campaigns, homepage banners, and promotional assets
- Build layouts and creative from brief with strong attention to hierarchy and spacing
- Support launches, promotions, and ongoing marketing needs
Execution & Production
- Adapt creative across formats (social, web, mobile, print)
- Manage multiple projects and timelines
- Prepare final files for publishing
- Maintain organized files and assets
Who You Are
- 1–3 years experience in graphic design and content creation
- A portfolio that shows both original design work and content execution
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + video editing tools
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for visual consistency
- Able to take direction but also work independently
Hours of Work:
- 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
