Showroom Manager

About the Role: 
 
We’re looking for a Showroom Manager to join Elte, contributing to the leadership and growth of our retail and luxury sales team. This role involves engaging directly with clients, coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals, and helping deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced, design-driven environment. You will play an important part in fostering team performance, service excellence, and a positive culture, contributing to Elte’s ongoing growth and shared passion for considered design. 
 
 
What you will do: 
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales, gross profit, and customer experience targets. 
  • Drive day-to-day showroom performance by identifying opportunities to grow business, strengthen client relationships, and increase repeat sales. 
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of showroom team members through coaching, feedback, and performance support.  
  • Conduct regular team meetings and individual check-ins to communicate priorities, review results, and encourage continuous development.  
  • Deliver an elevated client experience by building strong customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and that every showroom client receives elevated service 
  • Maintain visual and operational standards across the showroom, always ensuring a best-in-class presentation. 
  • Oversee daily showroom operations including scheduling, team coverage, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.  
  • Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in every client interaction. 
 
 
Who You Are 
  • A proven sales leader with 3+ years of experience managing sales teams in a retail or luxury goods environment. 
  • Experienced in direct sales, with a strong understanding of the home décor, design, or luxury retail industry. 
  • Influential, engaging, and able to motivate teams through a hands-on, servant leadership approach. 
  • Goal-oriented and business-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability objectives. 
  • Highly organized and strategic, capable of prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, able to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps. 
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Adaptable to change and proactive in leading teams through periods of transition or growth. 
  • Proficient in CRM and point-of-sale systems (Salesforce and Storis experience preferred). 
  • Known for integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Compensation:  
  • $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Bonus

 Hours of Work:  
  • Weekends may be included in your schedule, Elte is open 7days a week and we ask you to work 5days (40hours) a week. 
  • Hours of Operation: 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday & 12pm-5pm on Sundays
